Egg Spread

Egg Spread:
Ingredients:
- 10 Eggs
- 115 g Mayonnaise
- 20 g Dijon Mustard
- 80 g Sour Cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 bunch Parsley
- Chives
- Lemon Juice
- Lemon Zest
Preparation:
Boil the eggs until hard, then peel them. Grate the eggs using a coarse or fine grater, depending on your preferred texture. Add the mustard, sour cream, and mayonnaise, then mix thoroughly. Finely chop the parsley and chives and fold them into the mixture. Season with salt, pepper, freshly grated lemon zest, and a splash of lemon juice to taste.
