Dammsugare:
Ingredients:
- 100 g Butter
- 60 g Icing Sugar
- 1 pinch of Salt
- 35 g Cocoa Powder
- 1 Espresso
- 1 ek Rum or Rum Aroma
- 200 g Gluten Free Biscuit
- 110 g Dark Chocolate
- 250-300 g Marzipan
- Cornstarch (For Marzipan Rolling)
- 120 g Dark Chocolate
- 1/2 tbsp Sunflower Oil
Method:
Mix the room-temperature butter with powdered sugar and salt until smooth. Add the cocoa powder, coffee, and flavoring. Stir in the ground biscuits and melted dark chocolate, mixing thoroughly. Chill the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes. (It’s a good idea to shape it into logs before refrigerating to make rolling easier.) Roll out the marzipan to 2-3 mm thickness. (Use cornstarch if needed to prevent sticking.) Place the filling on the rolled-out marzipan (if not already shaped) and form it into a log. Roll it up so the marzipan completely covers the filling. Cut the logs into 5-6 cm pieces. Dip both ends of the small logs into a mixture of melted dark chocolate and vegetable oil.
